We work to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. Your collision consultant can provide an estimate of when the work will be completed.
Will my car be as good as it was before the accident?
We use state-of-the-art equipment and expertly trained technicians to ensure the damaged areas of your vehicle are repaired to the same level of quality as when they were new.
What should I do after an auto accident?
If anyone is injured, call 911 immediately. If no one is hurt, gather the following information for each of the parties involved in the accident: name, driver license number, vehicle license plate, insurance information. If there are any witnesses, gather their names and phone numbers. Note the time, date, and location of the accident. If you have a camera or cell phone with a camera, photograph the accident scene and the damage to the vehicles. Contact your insurance company.
Notify the Police: If anyone involved in the accident will not provide, or does not have, a driver license or insurance, contact the police and your insurance company immediately.
What form of payment does Lindstrom’s Auto Body accept?
We accept cash, checks issued by an insurance company, personal checks up to $250.00 with proper identification (e.g. a valid driver license), Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and ATM/Debit cards.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Lindstrom’s will evaluate the damage and provide a no-obligation, free estimate.
How long will the repairs take?
Your collision consultant will provide an estimate based on the damage to your vehicle. Occasionally, once the repair process has begun, unforeseen conditions may arise that require additional parts or time. We will keep you informed every step of the way and will work with you to get you back up and running as soon as we can.
How do I get a rental car?
We can arrange for Enterprise car rental to pick you up at the shop when you leave your car for repair saving you time and making this repair process as stress free as possible. Most insurance policies help cover the cost of the rental.
Does the shop receive payment from the insurance company or do I pay for the repairs?
Lindstrom’s works with your insurance company for payment. You are only responsible for the deductible (if you have one) and/or any betterment, if applicable.
Do I need to pay anything when I drop my car off?
No. After the repair work is complete, you pay us only your insurance deductible (if you have one). If you have already received a payment from the insurance company, we will work with you to determine what needs to be paid to Lindstrom's
Do I need to make an appointment to get a repair estimate?
Lindstrom’s will be happy to help you if you drop-in, but to minimize your wait time, please feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment. Our hours are: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m,
Do I have to get more than one estimate?
Generally, you do not need to get estimates from multiple repair centers. However, your insurance company may need to inspect the damage. If they have a drive-in claims service and your car is in driving condition, make an appointment to have your damage evaluated. Be sure to ask for a copy of their estimate and bring it with you to Lindstrom’s. If your agent tells you to obtain multiple estimates, talk to your insurance claims department to confirm their requirements.
Do I have the right to select the shop to repair my car?
Yes. You can choose Lindstrom’s regardless of whether it is on your insurance provider’s preferred list. Just drop your vehicle off at Lindstrom’s and notify your insurance company.
Can someone take me home our to work after I drop off my car?
Absolutely. Our free courtesy shuttle will drive you home or to work.
Are the repairs guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee all repairs performed at Lindstrom's Auto Body with a limited lifetime warranty.
